Vendor Policies

Please read these in full before applying — submitting a vendor application means you agree to abide by them.

  1. All vendors must be fully set up and ready to serve people walking in at 10AM — no exceptions. We also recommend having a mostly complete setup to take sales at 9:30AM to allow VIPs to purchase items from your table. NOTE: TABLES ARE PROVIDED AND WILL BE READY WHEN YOU GET THERE! 10x10 vendors, you must bring everything for your setup — if there's something you need, please reach out in advance so we can assist you.
  2. No outside food or drink allowed inside the venue! Food and drink will be sold inside and directly outside the venue (vendors will get a discount). [Please inform us of any allergies or needed accommodations.]
  3. You must have 1 person at your table at all times. If you are a solo vendor and require coverage, you may ask your zone helper. Remember, your table comes with 2 passes!
  4. No AI or “slop” products may be displayed at your table.
  5. All vendors must have their setup packed up before 6:10 PM (please ask us for any assistance you may need). Vendors are allowed to start packing bulky/extra items as early as 5:30 PM.
  6. All vendors are expected to have a professional appearance and mannerisms.
  7. TCG / Open Market vendors are NOT allowed to price gouge or buy out another vendor for the explicit purpose of reselling at a higher price.
  8. Artist vendors should keep all displayed content appropriate for all ages. You may still sell adult items but must inform the buyer that they must remain concealed while on the event premises. This applies to all vendors.
  9. Vendors participating in GemCon activities must have a clear and open channel to complete any required objectives at your table!
  10. NO CRACKING SLABS ON SITE! As you're aware if you're reading this, cracking slabs makes plastic shards fly everywhere and we don't want injuries related to that. IF YOU MUST: please use a fully enclosed box, carefully crack it, and ensure no plastic shards fly out.
  11. Leave the table the way you found it and keep your area clean at all times! If we see your table dirty at the end of the show, you may be banned from future shows. We are people, not animals.
  12. Do not have anything super loud or that would disturb the peace of others while they shop. We understand sometimes a really good pull happens and it's hype — but out of respect for others, please keep loud celebrations to a minimum.
  13. Deceptive practices of any kind are STRICTLY prohibited. These include but are not limited to: lying, rigged odds in games, impersonation, undisclosed fake products, etc.
  14. No tents or super tall displays. Anything meant for outdoors, or that may disrupt the flow of traffic, may not be set up.
  15. Invoices should be paid in a timely fashion to secure your spot. Should your invoice not be paid on time, you will lose your table rate and possibly your whole table if the event is filling up.
  16. No refunds may be issued less than a week before the event.
  17. The sale of stolen or fake items, or any items not yet meant for release, is prohibited (e.g. 30th Anniversary sealed/singles before November). If you are caught selling them, you will be banned!
